Roses in the Garden at Hall’s Croft

These photographs of roses, taken in Hall’s Croft Gardens, Stratford-upon-Avon, remind me of the lines from William Shakespeare’s 15th sonnet:

“When I consider every thing that grows
Holds in perfection but a little moment,”
